In 2008, Terre Haute Quarter Midget Association implemented a "Scholarship" program in the interest of attracting new families to our sport that may have financial restraints and/or reservations about the ever increasing cost of quarter midget racing. These track owned cars are given to deserving families in "race-ready" condition for their use for an entire racing season.
